MMI Job Placement Services

     At MMI we offer an intensive Job Placement program. Employment specialists work one-on-one with persons served in order to find them suitable community employment. Individuals who are participating in Job Placement receive help finding and applying for jobs, interview training, and individualized job coaching. Follow along is also offered after job placement is complete in order to assure that every participant is successful in their new job.

     Participants in MMI's Job Placement
are also welcome to attend our Job
Seekers Club (see photos to the right.)

     Topics covered in the classes include
everything from how to begin a job
search to what to do after you obtain
employment.

     Specific issues addressed are: how
to fill out an application, how to interview
successfully, proper work appearance, employee-employer relationships, and job stability. This class also gives participants the opportunity to meet others who are on the same job searching path as they are.

     The goal of MMI's Job Placement program is to help participants find, obtain, and maintain community employment. The Job Placement team of professionals is dedicated to helping each individual find employment in which they will be independent and successful.
