Job Title: JAG SPECIALIST
Location: Youth Services / Ionia County

Description:  The JAG Specialist will provide coordination of classroom
instruction, and job placement for at risk, JAG youth participating in services
funded by the local agency of the Workforce Investment Act. The JAG
Specialist will develop and revise, as needed, the vocational plan of service,
monitor services, provided, and identify appropriate support services.  Other
duties include: recruiting participants for the program, completing intake
requirements, providing instruction utilizing the JAG Multi-Year Competencies,
the coordination of community based vocational experiences, and
documentation of individualized program plans and outcomes for each
participant. The JAG Specialist will also serve as a liaison between the
participant, school, parent or guardian, MMI and the local agency of the
Workforce Investment Agency. The JAG Specialist will report to the Youth
Services Supervisor.

Job Title: YOUTH SERVICES SUPERVISOR
Location: Youth Services

Description:  The Youth Services Supervisor will provide oversight and
direction for staff employed in programs funded by the local workforce
development board and will serve as the professional liaison between MMI and
the funding sources. The Youth Services Supervisor serves as the Compliance
Monitor for all WIA Youth Services.  The Youth Services Supervisor will monitor
staff activities and outcomes for individuals referred through programs funded
by the local Michigan Works! Agency, assuring that all activities, contracts and
worksites are in compliance with applicable state and federal requirements. 
The Youth Services Supervisor will develop a system for periodic review and
evaluation of these required activities and for quarterly reporting to
management.  Duties of the monitor will be performed throughout all counties
covered in the grant. This position maintains a centralized office in the Michigan
Works! Service Center, but will travel frequently between the Isabella, Gratiot,
Montcalm and Ionia Michigan Works! Service Centers and JAG sites. Duties
include staff selection, training, performance evaluation and monitoring of
program outcomes. The Youth Services Supervisor reports to the  Branch
Director and oversees all Youth Program Staff.

Location: Gratiot/Ionia/Montcalm Counties

Description: The Assistant Southern Operations Supervisor provides
oversight of Community Employment Services in Ionia, Montcalm and Gratiot
counties. Other duties include direct supervision of staff, daily troubleshooting
at assigned job sites, and serving as the key liaison to the funding source and
