MMI Employee of the Month
Margaret Grappin has been named as
MMI’s employee of the month for February.
She was selected because of the great
pride she takes in her work with the
Hampton Inn Hotel Crew.
Margaret upholds the highest standards for
her crew; and since the Hampton Inn has a
100% guarantee that if the guests are not
completely satisfied they get their money
back, this is a high standard to meet.
She makes sure that everyone on the crew
is remembered on special occasions, and
she makes a point to throw pizza parties
for the crew just to let them know how much
she appreciates them. Margaret puts her crew’s needs above her own, and is always thinking of them, and making sure they are well provided for.
On the business side, Heather, Hampton Inn’s General Manager, said that Margaret and the MMI crew receive more thank you notes and positive comments than any other Hampton Inn employee! She interacts well with her crew, their families, and the hotel customers and staff. Margaret is also very timely with guest’s requests and always responds with a smile. Because of her caring and compassionate nature, Margaret has excelled in her role as a job coach.
MMI is pleased that she enjoys her job, that the Hampton Inn is pleased with her and the crew, and that she is part of the MMI team.
