Case Management Services Achievement Award Winner Juan GarzaJuan Garza is the Achievement Award winner for Case Management Services. Juan began with MMI in 2002 and tried a variety of jobs. When he returned to services at MMI in 2003 he shared his ultimate goal of becoming a Barber. Juan enrolled at Lansing Barber College and also worked weekends at a local pizzeria. One year after he began, Juan completed the program and secured a full-time position as a barber. Because Juan and his family were committed to his goal of gaining a career, they were able to endure a year of long hours of working and studying.
