Employee of the MonthPosted: September 10, 2007 MMI’s Employee of the Month for July is Charlie Garrett. Charlie has been with MMI since 2002 and is a Substitute Coach for the Isabella branch. Charlie works in many different departments, on multiple job sites, and occasionally in other counties. His versatility, adaptability, and great attitude allow his to accomplish this with ease. MMI Advocates at the CapitolMarch 16, 2007 On March 14th a delegation of staff and consumers from MMI went to Lansing to meet with Legislators on the pressing issues that organizations like MMI are presently facing. MMI is a not-for-profit organization that provides jobs and training for people with a wide variety of barriers to employment in Arenac, Iosco, Gladwin, Clare, Isabella and Montcalm counties.
