MMI's Employee of the Month

MMI’s Employee of the Month for July is Charlie Garrett. Charlie has been with MMI since 2002 and is a Substitute Coach for the Isabella branch. Charlie works in many different departments, on multiple job sites, and occasionally in other counties. His versatility, adaptability, and great attitude allow his to accomplish this with ease. Many times Charlie has been called to work with little advance notice and is often willing to rearrange his own schedule to meet the needs of MMI.
Charlie is also recognized for his dependability and positive attitude. His ever changing assignments require him to work with little supervision, which he does exceptionally. Charlie is a great team player and interacts well with his coworkers. He also is very well liked by the people MMI serves. Charlie is friendly, a good listener, and is willing to do whatever he can to help. His initiative does not go unnoticed. MMI Supervisors comment on how quickly he comes in to work and starts taking care of things without being asked. Charlie is a valuable asset to MMI and we are proud to recognize him as our July 2008 employee of the month.
