Munger Honored as MMI’s Employee of the Month
MMI’s Employee of the Month for January is Stephanie Munger. Stephanie has been with MMI since 2006 as the Human Resource Specialist. Stephanie is dependable, cheerful, and a team player. She is courteous and provides excellent customer service to all she interacts with. While Stephanie’s position is a busy one, she demonstrates an exceptional ability to prioritize and organize her tasks. Her follow-through is exceptional and her attention to detail ensures accuracy with all of the paperwork that she handles.
Stephanie has been very instrumental in assisting with some procedural changes in MMI’s HR department. She is very open to exploring more efficient and effective ways to get work done. Stephanie is creative in problem solving and does not hesitate to offer her suggestions. She is focused and attentive to the work she is assigned. In the course of her work, Stephanie handles a considerable amount of confidential information. Through this, she has proven herself to be exceptionally trustworthy. She work’s routinely requires her to change directions, reprioritize, or quickly adapt to new procedures. She ensures she has the information she needs to be successful and accomplishes this without hesitation. Stephanie does a great job of interacting with coworkers, persons served, and others that she comes in contact with through the course of her work.
