This series isn’t just about concerts. It’s about bringing people together, celebrating local talent, and supporting a mission rooted in inclusion for individuals served through MMI.

Artist Showcase
Each week, “Locate Your Light” – will be on site with artists creating and showcasing their works. They will also be selling their projects with a portion of proceeds coming back to MMI & other local non-profits. So, you’re not just buying art, you’re giving back.
Fun for Kids
We’ve got engaging, family-friendly activities that make this a perfect outing for all ages.
Food Trucks & Sweet Treats
Grab dinner or dessert from rotating food trucks and local vendors.
Community Connections
Organizations like Michigan Alliance for Families, H.A.T.S., The Mt. Pleasant Discovery Museum, Hopewell Ranch and Listening Ear will be on-site to connect, share resources, and support families.

2026 RECYCLING PICK UP PRICING:
MMI is thrilled to host our very first Pathways to Possibilities Golf Scramble on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at Riverwood Resort (1313 E. Broomfield Road, Mt. Pleasant, 48858).
This special event raises essential funds to support MMI’s mission: building inclusive communities where people with diverse needs are empowered through meaningful connections, employment, training, and opportunities.

We currently have an Early Bird special going on through June 30, 2026. Only $75 per player. That includes: the round of golf w/ cart; lunch at the turn; prizes on the course; a pulled pork dinner following the round; 50/50 raffle; and participation in the silent auction.
We are looking for local businesses to support the mission of this golf outing through sponsorships and donations.

Music in the Park
Music in the Park is a free community concert series that brings together people of all ages and backgrounds to enjoy live music in a beautiful outdoor setting. Inclusion is at the core of everything we do. At MMI, we are committed to creating greater inclusion for the whole community. We believe that events like Music in the Park are essential in bringing people together and fostering a sense of belonging.
Our first concert series event is Thursday, June 4, 2026 from 5:30-7:30pm at Island Park in Mt. Pleasant! We hope to see you there!
