Upcoming Events

Get ready for a summer filled with live music, local artists, great food, and a whole lot of community spirit. MMI and The Eyesite’s FREE Music in the Park 2026 Summer Concert Series is back — and this year’s lineup is better than ever.
This series isn’t just about concerts. It’s about bringing people together, celebrating local talent, and supporting a mission rooted in inclusion for individuals served through MMI.
What’s Happening Each Week
Live Music
Enjoy a full lineup of performers throughout the 2026 season. Bring a chair, bring your friends, and enjoy an evening outdoors with your community.
Artist Showcase
Each week, browse and purchase work from local artists. A portion of every sale helps support MMI and other local charities — so you’re not just buying art, you’re giving back.
Fun for Kids
We’ve got engaging, family-friendly activities that make this a perfect outing for all ages.
Food Trucks & Sweet Treats
Grab dinner or dessert from rotating food trucks and local vendors.
Community Connections
Organizations like Michigan Alliance for Families and Listening Ear will be on-site to connect, share resources, and support families.
Why Your Participation Matters
Music in the Park was created to bring our community together and champion MMI’s mission of inclusivity.
When you show up — whether to enjoy a concert, buy from an artist, or grab a bite — you’re helping support programs that make our community stronger and more welcoming for everyone.
Local Businesses: Be Part of the Impact
Businesses that share our passion for community and inclusion are invited to partner with us.
To join the 2026 series as a supporter, contact Shawn Powers, MMI Communications Specialist, at 989.423.3776 or spowers@mmionline.com.
