What are full-time employees eligible for at MMI?

· We offer up to three weeks of Vacation/Sick time right in that first year of employment. You’re eligible to use it after 90 days, but you begin accruing on day 1!

· In addition to our generous PTO, we offer 12 paid holidays which include the week between Christmas and New Year!

· Insurance benefits include health insurance, vision, dental, and life insurance.

· After 60 days of employment, if you work the minimum number of hours, you will be able to contribute to your 401k with matching options from us!

What will you do at MMI?

As a Community Coach providing CLS (Community Living Support) services, you are responsible for assisting assigned persons served in maintaining independent living. What does this look like? You arrive at the person's home ready to assist them with achieving their goals. Some goals they may have include maintaining a budget, cleaning their home, meal planning for the week or setting up appointments. You offer opportunities for growth with these individuals and learn more about their goals to provide the best possible services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Base wage of $15.00 per hour. When providing enhanced services, this position is paid a higher rate at $17.13 per hour.
