The staff resource specialist can be contacted by phone, text, email, or in person.

Depending on your unique situation a meeting may be as short as a few minutes or as long as an hour. Staff Resource Specialists’ will work with employees as long as necessary to help resolve whatever problem they are facing. If more assistance is needed after a meeting the employee can schedule additional meetings until their problem is resolved.

After filling out an intake form the employee can expect a response within 2 business days. For more urgent needs call or text (989) 824-3497 during business hours.

A staff resource specialist helps employees with any problem in or outside of work that may negatively impact an employee’s ability to do their job or their quality of life. Staff Resource Specialists can be contacted about utility assistance, food assistance, housing needs, budgeting, mental health struggles, childcare and everything in between. Staff Resource Specialists are also there if you just need someone to listen while you vent, confidentially and without judgement. If a staff resource specialist cannot help directly, they will direct you towards other resources and help you through the process.
